Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Treatments

Your initial consultation, including postural/injury assessment and treatment will take an hour. You will be asked to complete a client information form which includes relevant medical history. An exercise prescription will also be given to you. The price for sports massage therapy is as follows:

1 hour treatment session = £50

Strapping and Taping

For those with acute soft tissue injuries, I provide a taping service to provide additional support and pain relief. The £5 cost covers materials and  professional application. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available, and can be bought with a personal message included. Please email for further information.

Payment:

​Payment can be made by  bank transfer (bank details available on request), cheque or cash.

Cancellations:

​If you need to cancel your appointment then please let me know as soon as possible. There is no charge for cancellations made with at least 24 hour notice. Any cancellations made after this time are subject to the full cost of the treatment session.
